Our members search for, share and post Luxury Institute and other resource information, participate in topical surveys, rate vendors, write blogs, post resumes and generally contribute to the wealth of knowledge generated in collaboration with other peer members regarding luxury goods and services.Members will also join public and private practice groups to collaborate on function specific techniques, resources and projects hosted on our website (the “Site”). These resources, surveys, ratings and postings can then be accessed and read by other members and users. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, a "user" is defined as a person using the Site, a “member” is defined as a person using the Site as a subscriber, and an “associate” is defined as another member explicitly invited to collaborate with another member. You may also customize the amount of information your accepted contacts within our community of users may view.

Your full name and email address may also be used when you send an email notification to a contact (such as in a group invitation, or when sharing or requesting information). We may also use your email address to send you updates, news or alerts that may be of interest to you regarding the Site and our services, but you may choose not to receive email of this type by accessing the "Account" tab of the Site and updating your notification settings. Additionally, we use your email address to contact you on behalf of your contacts (such as when someone sends you a personal message), or where we wish to communicate with you directly.

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly solicit information from any child under the age of 21.
